Rick Leo Rick is a graduate of the Columbus School of Law at the Catholic University of America in Washington D.C. He obtained a Masters Degree in Criminal Justice from the University of New York at Albany. In addition, Rick is a graduate of the National Criminal Defense College in Macon, Georgia. Rick comes to VEITCH, LEO & ASSOCIATES from the Snohomish County Prosecutor's Office where he was a highly regarded prosecutor in one of the busiest jurisdictions in the state. While with the prosecutor's office, Rick's practice focused on the prosecution of DUIs. Prior to working as a prosecutor, Rick was a defense attorney with the Snohomish County Defender's Association where he handled hundreds of cases ranging from DUI to high profile first degree murder.

Rick has most recently been recognized for the second time by Washington Law & Politics magazine in it's "Who's Who in Criminal Defense & DUI/DWI Law" in their upcoming Winter 08 edition.

Over the last nine years in the State of Washington, Rick has effectively prosecuted and defended thousands of cases and in so doing has developed a reputation as a passionate, articulate and zealous advocate for his clients. Rick is very highly regarded among his peers, prosecutors and judges and is a truly gifted litigator. Even more importantly, Rick develops a relationship and trust with his clients that is second to none and consistently achieves results beyond all expectations.

Away from the office, Rick enjoys playing softball, cooking Italian food, collecting sports memorabilia and is an avid New York sports fan. Don't worry Seattle fans; he likes the Mets not those hated…
