Kristin O'Sullivan Kristin is a cum laude graduate of Gonzaga University School of Law. During her second year of law school she studied in Northern Ireland through Fordham University. She obtained her Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice with honors from Washington State University. Kristin's strong belief in the pursuit of justice makes her a natural and passionate advocate for those who find themselves in the criminal justice system. Kristin comes to VEITCH, LEO & ASSOCIATES from the Benton County Prosecutor's office where she was known as a friendly, diligent and hardworking attorney. Kristin is a consummate professional who takes command of the courtroom and is dedicated to her clients' cause.

While with the prosecutor's office, Kristin's practice focused on the prosecution of felony and misdemeanor drug charges and alcohol-related offenses. Kristin has successfully handled hundreds of cases ranging from traffic offenses to serious felonies. As a prosecutor she developed a reputation as a fair and talented trial lawyer. She has attended numerous trial advocacy training courses as well as legal seminars dedicated to the aggressive and effective defense of DUI.

During law school, Kristin worked for the Northwest Defenders Association in Seattle and at the Gonzaga University Legal Assistance Program in Spokane. While at the Northwest Defenders Association, she successfully challenged the constitutionality of Seatbelt Regulation RCW 46.61.688.

Born and raised in Western Washington, Kristin is an avid traveler, enjoys the outdoors, and Cougar football!
